WHAT IS BLOCKCHAIN?

A blockchain network ensures that a digital asset cannot be copied, so you will know with certainty who the owner is of an asset at any given point in time. This happens because changes to the asset are immutably recorded on the shared ledger of the blockchain. This Blockchain asset resides in my wallet.

WHY USE A NFC TAG?

Using a NFC tag allows for a connection between the physical painting and the digital asset. The NFC tag is embedded in the painting and protected by a password. This NFC tag has one job and that is to establish a link to this website that is not accessible without the physical painting present.
